Sessions are offered in community-based settings and are shaped by what feels most supportive in the moment.

Meet at a locally owned coffee shop and enjoy something warm or refreshing while engaging in intentional conversation within a shared, everyday space.
Engage with your environment through museums or other community-based experiences. Sessions may include intentional, activity-based elements that support reflection and connection.
Connect virtually from your own environment. Telehealth spots are limited and not the primary format of care.
Sessions may look different from week to week. Some may feel more conversational, while others may involve movement, reflection, or engaging with the environment around you.
This work is responsive and grounded in what is most relevant for you, while still held with intention and direction.

This is a self-pay practice. Insurance is not accepted at this time.
A superbill can be provided for potential reimbursement.
