About Marisa Lucia
Born and raised in Denver, I offer community-based therapy in real-world environments rather than a traditional office setting.
This work is grounded in the belief that healing can happen in the spaces we move through every day, not just within a single, contained environment.

My Approach
My work is informed by Relational Cultural Theory and Liberation Psychology, which center connection, mutual empathy, and the ways identity, relationships, and larger systems shape our experiences.
This practice emphasizes the communal aspects of healing and creates space for reflection, authenticity, and connection in environments that feel more integrated with real life.
Why This Work
I believe there is value in showing up as we actually are, not just in therapy, but in our everyday lives.
This practice is designed to support that. To create space for authenticity, awareness, and reflection in real time, rather than limiting that work to a single, contained setting.
There is often an unspoken expectation to move through the world without being fully seen. This work pushes against that.
The goal is not to become someone different, but to see yourself more clearly and move through the world in a way that feels more aligned with who you already are.
